The
ceramics workshop is attended by students who exercise their
creativity in the production of nativity
scenes, statues, vases, miniatures of villages, portraits,
Christmas decorations and small pieces of furniture.
The
workshop is equipped with two electric ovens for the
cooking of clay handicrafts, with a bench lathe, and
with many other specific tools. A wide variety
of colors are tested every day in order to
obtain the most evocative tonalities.
Every
student is assigned a training program,
and is given a specific shelf to place his or her own
works.
Creating
ceramic handicrafts requires imagination, patience, and attention
for the smallest details. All these qualities
are found inside every product of the workshop.
